A registered celebrant since 2005, I perform weddings, civil unions, funerals, naming ceremonies, house blessings and more.

Whatever you choose, I work with clients to craft unique and memorable ceremonies that reflect your values, spirituality and personalities. My writing and editing skills are useful in choosing the right words to make ceremonies meaningful and flowing.

I enjoy working with people from different cultures and have had clients of Pākehā, Māori, Samoan, Japanese, Vietnamese, Malaysian Chinese, Korean, Greek, German, English, Scottish, Spanish, Jewish, French, Austrian, Italian, Australian, Native American, Canadian, American and South African origin. My love of languages is helpful in pronouncing people’s names, and I’ve conducted ceremonies that have included te reo Māori, Japanese, German, French and Italian.

My acting, singing and theatre experience gives me confidence in front of groups of people and the ability to project my voice as needed. I also like to pay attention to how music fits in to ceremonies.
