REGISTRY WEDDING CEREMONY

Yes! 
I am a Registered Validated Independent Marriage and Civil Union Celebrant (VCANZ), which means I am allowed to officiate the short but still romantic Registry Weddings in my garden, at a public park, on the beach, or at your home … as long as your chosen venue is close by.

FUNERALS AND MEMORIAL SERVICES

Whether I am leading a funeral or a memorial service, or the internment of ashes, it is always an honour and a privilege to assist you and your family during this intense period of grieving. I am grateful for your trust during these emotional times when we talk, cry, and smile together while recalling snippets of your loved one’s life, or share a comfortable silence.

NOW THAT WE HAVE MET, I’LL TELL YOU A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF

I have successfully completed the Certificate in Celebrant Studies with The Celebrant School which is based in Titirangi, Auckland, and recently, the Diploma in Celebrant Studies.

My studies as a journalist have led me to become the editor of a national magazine strengthening my interviewing skills and, as such, the ability to write and tell your wedding story, relaxed and with ease. Tapping confidently into these skills, I promise all couples, including LGBTQIA+ couples, an unforgettable marriage ceremony with your personalities shining through while keeping all personal discussions confidential.

I am always sensitive to and respectful of your culture, ideology, religion and beliefs. I welcome you all with a warm heart.

As a member of Celebrants Aotearoa (CANZ) as well as the editor of Pãnui, the Official Journal of Celebrants Aotearoa (CANZ), you are in good hands that will carry you when needed or cheer you on.

Although I am based in sunny Tauranga, I am prepared to travel further afield. I would love to meet you in person or via Skype with no obligations at the first meeting. I am always available by phone and/or email. You are very welcome to contact me at any time.
