Jacqueline Matthews

It is an honor and privilege to marry a couple, and one which I truly enjoy. I have married a very diverse range of couples and am happy to officiate for any couple who wants to celebrate and share their love together by being married!

I relate well with all age groups, am very professional and present well. I am positive, often humorous, down to earth and very capable – no situation or stress is unmanageable. 

I trained initially completing a Certificate in Celebrant Studies, and this training provides a very sound base for planning and delivering unique, personalised and memorable ceremonies.  

I continue to undertake regular professional development which is reflected in my attaining VCANZ (validated celebrant) status from Celebrant Aotearoa NZ, and therefore approved by the Dept of Internal Affairs to officiate Registry weddings.   

I am equally based in Auckland and Whangamata, and also very happy to travel elsewhere – a wedding in Christchurch is also in my repertoire!
