Lauren Piiata Heenan

Kia Ora, my name is Piiata Lauren Tiakitai Turi-Heenan. I am a proud Mum of 13 beautiful Children and soon to be 22 Mokopuna Darlings (as of 2025).

I love my Whaanau, Community, Hapuu and Iwi and have had the honour of being depicted in murals, here and overseas, as a testament of my service.

I am a passionate Celebrant and Kaikaranga who enjoys being connected into the energy of Love, Happiness and Celebration and what better way, than to officiate your special day.

I like to make my Bride & Groom feel comfortable, relaxed and confident before your special day, by meeting with you both, to get to know you and know about you a little better, before your wonderful Day.

It would be my greatest privilege to work together with you both, to create a ceremony that is memorable, unique, special and reflects both of you, as you  journey together, towards your beautiful day/night, forward into your future together.

Whether you are planning a very small, intimate wedding with just a few close friends and Whaanau/family, through to a larger wedding, I am here to help guide and assist you to make this part of your beautiful, bespoke wedding and vows as stress free as possible.

I am also very good with troubleshooting the moments that might “pop up” unexpectedly before or on The Day to ensure smooth sailing.
