From Registry weddings in my local area to intimate micro weddings, elopments to large family ceremonies, I’m here to embrace your very special moments, and capture and create your love story into a beautiful ceremony.

Vow renewals, committment ceremonies and civil unions are most welcome.

All couples are welcomed within our wide and diverse communities; I proudly embrace and warmly welcome the Rainbow Community.

I really enjoy meeting people and just love my job!

Its been a very busy Summer and Autumn, with lots of fun celebrations across the Motu.  Amazing just how many outdoor weddings, on the beach or in the park go ahead, despite the weather! Lets enjoy winter.

As a full time validated celebrant (VCANZ) and passionate about it, I am here to work with you to create one of the most memorable days of your lives, one to remember, not just your beautiful day but for many years ahead.

In our everchanging world, weddings are evolving beautifully –  nothing is too much, or too little, and your ideas will always be welcomed with a smile.

I’m here to help you create a unique ceremony that feels effortless, meaningful and truely unforgetable  

With a thoughtful Plan A and B in place, a sunny winter outdoor wedding is absolutely possible! 

I am available at short notice 7 days a week to chat, sometimes a txt, an email or face time works well for the first contact. We can then discuss a time and place that suits you to meet up, and share your vision of your precious day.

A little about me

Cascading into a celebrant’s role was a natural progression from working many wonderful years as health professional,with experience in clinical, teaching and presenting to others. I’m also a proud mum  of 3 grown children and fun – loving Grannie to theres  

With my Certificate of Celebrant Studies from The Celebrant School  Aotearoa, and a member of ( CANZ) I developed a deep passion for my role as a celebrant.  Supported by my training and membership,  I proudly uphold the professional standards of practice set by CANZ in every ceremony I officiate.

My love of meeting and connecting with people from various backgrounds of our vibrant and diverse population, makes working in our community a delight.

I feel I am giving something back to the community in a positive way, and  honoured to be sharing your very special day with you. 

In my role everyone matters.  By listening to your own personal story together, with respect and confidentiality, we can create a ceremony best suited to your requirements

My medical background has nurtured a deep compassion and understanding.  It is a priviledge to walk alongside families and provide support as a celebrant during the loss of a loved one – 

I’m honoured to support families through memorial service, interment of ashes and headstone or plaque unveiling.   

Baby and Childrens Celebrations

Working with families is one of the joys of life.  These moments in life can never be so special.  

There are many lovely ideas you could include in your celebration.             A baby naming ceremony is one that is becoming very popular. I can assist and create a personalised ceremony for you and your child / children. 

Pet Celebrations 

My love of our animal world comes straight from the heart.

Pets are family, and after they leave us, we want to honour them in a dignified and special way.   Their animal friends love to join in too!

Perhaps consider a ‘ new pet’s ‘ naming ceremony, what fun we all have at these cute celebrations, and it’s not  just the pets having all the fun!
