Ron Thacker MNZM

I was born and raised in the Manawatu and now live in Palmerston North with my wife. I retired from the regular RNZAF in 2022 but continue to work at Ohakea as an NZDF civilian. I enjoy ceremony, ritual and public speaking, in part due to my long military service, and have a desire to continue to support my community into the future. This has seen me embrace marriage celebrancy as a new pursuit, one which I hope will provide couples with a memorable start to their journey as partners in marriage or civil union.
