Kim Young

Kia ora. It is a privilege to be a marriage celebrant for ceremonies in Wellington and Otaki.

I am a warm, calm, empathetic and organised person – all good skills for this role.

My background is in communications and project management, mainly in the heritage and arts sector.

When not being part of someone’s special day I am the Gallery Director of Rice Pudding Gallery in Newtown. My partner and I are also 5 years in to riparian planting of 2 acres in Otaki to help reintroduce native forests.
