I have been a funeral, civil union and marriage celebrant for a number of years, although I have only just re-registered as a marriage and civil union celebrant as from 15 November 2024.  I trained through the Celebrant School and use the skills and knowledge gained through my learning and my life experience to weave individual and relevant ceremonies for my clients.  I feel it is a priviledge to be part of the most important moments in people’s lives.

I am a 63 year old woman who has lived life to the fullest – I come from a rural background, am down to earth, practical and have a great sense of humour.  

I am active in a twelve step recovery programme, and am in long term recovery myself from alcoholism.   I live my life one day at a time, and on a spiritual basis.   I don’t have religious beliefs but I have a strong belief in a power that is greater than myself (or a higher power).
