Audrey Saldanha

I am an experienced people and operations leader based in Auckland, and I genuinely enjoy bringing people together and helping them celebrate some of life’s most meaningful moments. Alongside my work, I serve as a Justice of the Peace, volunteer with Hato Hone St John, have facilitated pre-marriage education for the Catholic Diocese of Auckland, and stay actively involved in community initiatives that focus on connection, care, and belonging.

Becoming a marriage celebrant felt like a natural next step for me. I have spent years supporting people through important life moments, and I’ve seen how powerful it is when a ceremony truly reflects who a couple are. I believe every couple has their own story, and my role is to help bring that story to life in a way that feels real, personal, and true to them.

I am warm, practical, and down-to-earth in my approach, and I work closely with couples so they feel comfortable, heard, and confident about their ceremony. Whether it’s simple or more elaborate, I see it as a privilege to help set the tone for such an important day. 

Outside of work and volunteering, I enjoy cooking, travelling, and spending time with family and friends, and I love creating moments where people can connect and make memories together.
