My name is Cathie McGregor and I am based in Wellington.  I am a trained celebrant and hold a Certificate of Celebrant Studies from The Celebrant School.

I would be delighted to work with you to create a beautiful ceremony to celebrate the treasured moments and significant milestones that mark your life journey.

I have a genuine love of ceremony and words. As a writer of songs and poetry I have the flair and enthusiasm to work with you to craft the perfect words for every part of your ceremony and to find the readings, music and rituals to celebrate your treasured moments in a way that is distinctive, meaningful and just right for you.

As you are looking for an independent celebrant it is likely you are wanting a secular ceremony, and this is the approach and style we would take. However, I am also comfortable building spiritual or faith-based elements into your ceremony if this resonates with you.

I am a frequent visitor to Italy, and fluent in Italian – if any one desires a ceremony delivered (wholly or in part) in Italian …. I am your celebrant.
