Dinesh Ram

I am a professional marriage celebrant with a diverse background in healthcare, business, and immigration legal services, bringing empathy, cultural awareness, and strong organisational skills to every ceremony. I am a graduate of the Fiji School of Medicine and worked in medical laboratories in Fiji for approximately 15 years, developing a strong foundation in ethics, accuracy, and people-centred service.

After migrating to New Zealand in 2007, I continued my medical career and worked as a Department Manager in a medical laboratory for over 10 years. I later established and directed my own construction company, gaining valuable experience in leadership, client relationships, and business management.

More recently, I became a licensed immigration adviser, assisting individuals and families with immigration legal matters, including visas, residency applications, and compliance processes. This role strengthened my understanding of cultural diversity, life transitions, and the importance of clear, compassionate guidance during significant milestones.

As a marriage celebrant, I combine these professional experiences to create personalised, meaningful, and inclusive ceremonies. I work closely with couples to ensure their ceremony reflects their values, culture, and love story, while making the legal process smooth and stress-free. It is an honour to help couples celebrate one of life’s most important moments.
