I’m a Taupo-based registered independent celebrant with a relaxed ‘go with the flow’ approach.  

My commitment is to be of service to you and to help create unique, meaningful and memorable ceremonies that reflect you – memorable for all the right reasons – and  I’m happy to travel anywhere in NZ.

As well as a range of wedding ceremony styles and registry weddings I regularly deliver funeral, memorial and celebration of life services – this is  an honour and a role I truly value.

I have a certificate in celebrant studies at the wonderful NZ Celebrant School and am a certified grief educator, having trained with David Kessler.

I’m a creative writer with decades in the communication and public relations sphere and it’s my love of people, and being with them at the intersections and important times of life, that’s drawn me to be professional celebrant. 

I have a lifetime of experience celebrating the joys of family, friends and community as well as the trauma of loss.  It’s such a privilege to be invited into families to help facilitate and celebrate beautiful futures, wonderful lives, special moments, family, friends and occasions.
