Hi,I am available to meet all your celebrancy needs. I chose to become a celebrant after a career full of people focused jobs, which have provided me with the empathy and skill set required to write, and facilitate, a highly personalised  ceremony. I believe strongly that a ceremony designed to celebrate a life lived, however long or short, should be created with as much input from family and friends as possible. Likewise, weddings should be tailored to the individuals unifying in love and reflect everything that makes them special.

I am a qualified and registered primary school teacher. Throughout Canterbury, both adults and children will remember me from my time as the Education Manager for SPCA Canterbury. I am currently found doing the occasional Zoo School shift at Orana Wildlife Park. Yes, that does make me the ideal person to call if you are wanting to get married with the giraffes, or anywhere else in the park.

My teaching background makes me ideal for those times when families decide to involve children in ceremonies of all kinds.
